Customer Service

If you are good on the phone and have decent computer skills then this job may be for you.  Job Description: Answering customer inquiries; such as order status, product questions, policies, placing customer orders, or responding to customer emails.

Order Fulfillment

If you have decent computer skills and are a motivated worker, then this job may be for you. Job description: Printing customer invoices, packaging orders, mailing receipts, checks, etc

Data Entry

If you have decent computer skills and are a motivated worker, then this job may be for you. Job Description: Entering information from printed papers into computer system, verifying accuracy, and coordinating information with the other departments. 

Filing and Inventory Reconciliation

If you are a diligent worker then this job may be for you. Job Description: Filing in file cabinet all incoming paperwork and information, keeping track of current inventory and quantities available. 

Bookkeeping

If you are an experienced bookkeeper with at least 2 years of experience using Quickbooks, doing bank account and credit card statement reconciliations, keeping track of A/R and A/P  - then we would love to have you join our team.
